Solo exhibition featuring the works of Diah Yulianti. This Indonesian artist draws her inspiration from the cultural, social and spiritual richness of her native Kalimantan. Using flamboyant reds and earth tones, her paintings depict the many connections, tensions and communions between the individual and her environment. Her art is captivating in the way it incorporates traditional symbols and illustrates the artist’s spiritual connection to her land and people.
