Vincent Padilla was born in 1976, in San Juan, the Philippines. He obtained his Masters in Fine Arts at the College of Fine Arts, University of the Philippines. He has received numerous art awards and was one of the finalists for the Philip Morris Philippines Art awards.
His work has been exhibited in Manila, Kuala Lumpur, New York and Singapore.
